Join Chloe Lee for an easy yoga class to stretch the whole body thoroughly and release most tight areas. Beginning and ending with deep relaxation and breath, this 60-minute session moves slowly and deliberately through a gentle sequence of poses that helps you stretch and feel calm and balanced. The class will end with a Sound Bath to completely relax and rejuvenate. Chloe will offer healing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Chloe will offer support and variations for yogis who practice while seated in a chair. All bodies are welcome; deep relaxation and breath practice work wonders for anyone, even those experiencing limited mobility, arthritis, or inflammation.
