The drum session includes:
Introductions, familiarization with the sounds of the drum
A breathing exercise followed by entrainment, synchronized drumming, and group singing.
Intentional drumming on a collective agreement of “love and gratitude”, with focus and meditation on the feeling.
A meditative space where everyone can relax and experience the Native American flute, chimes, gong, and Tibetan singing bowl played by Andrew.
