SCOTTSDALE, AZ (August 26, 2020) – Revel Communities, a division of The Wolff Company representing a portfolio of vibrant independent living communities with best-in-class amenities and services, has announced today the appointment of two additions to join their executive leadership team. Serving Revel’s growing portfolio across the Western U.S., including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington, the company welcomed Danette Opaczewski in January, as Executive Vice President, Resident Experience and Chief Operating Officer, Revel Communities. In June, Ginni Ryan joined as Senior Vice President of Operations. Revel Communities consisting of approximately 18 communities currently open or under development, will expand its hospitality-oriented services and strategies under both Opaczewski and Ryan’s leadership.

With over 30 years of experience in the complexity of service-oriented industries, Opaczewski will oversee the responsibility for the operations and financial performance of Revel Communities for The Wolff Company. Prior to joining Revel, Opaczewski spent five years as Chief Financial Operator for Sydell Group, a hospitality owner, developer and operator managing a diverse portfolio of award-winning properties around the country and in the United Kingdom. Opaczewski has also held various executive positions within the boutique hospitality industry, including Executive Vice President of Operations for Denihan Hospitality Group, Chief Financial Operator for The James Group, and Vice President, Operations/Finance for global hospitality company, Morgans Hotel Group.
Bringing more than 18 years of operations and sales experience in the senior housing industry, Ryan will oversee the operations of Revel’s entire senior living portfolio. With a core expertise in new communities, Ryan understands how to uniquely meet the needs and desires for senior residents in residential communities and lead a team through actionable, innovative strategies. Prior to joining Revel, Ryan worked as Senior Vice President, Western Division for Milestone Retirement Communities for eight years overseeing communities with several owners and investment groups within a diverse portfolio. Before Milestone, Ryan held various roles in sales, operations, and new business development in the healthcare and senior housing industries.
