Join us on Tuesday, July 7th at 9:30 AM as we head out early to beat the summer heat and enjoy a morning of fresh berry picking! This is a U-Pick event, giving you the opportunity to pick your own delicious berries straight from the farm.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes appropriate for walking through fields and berry bushes. A hat, sunscreen, and water bottle are also recommended.

Residents will purchase the berries they pick. Current U-Pick berry prices at local farms typically range from approximately $3.50–$4.50 per pound, depending on the farm and berry variety. We recommend bringing cash or a credit card for your purchases.

Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful scenery, and the simple pleasure of harvesting your own berries right from the vine!

Join us for a relaxing and restorative Sound Immersion Experience designed to promote calm, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Through the soothing tones and vibrations of specialized instruments, participants will be guided through a peaceful journey that encourages relaxation and stress relief.

This introductory session offers residents the opportunity to experience the benefits of sound immersion in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Whether you’re looking to unwind, improve focus, or simply try something new, this unique wellness experience is open to all.

Following the session, we will gather feedback from residents to determine if Sound Immersion would be a valuable addition to our ongoing wellness programming. Come experience this special event and discover the power of sound for relaxation and renewal.

Anna Foran is a Medicare Broker and specializes in Medicare Advantage Plans, Supplement Plans, and Prescription Drug Plans.

She can help anyone with general questions, enrollments, and can find new doctors or dentists if needed. Anna keeps a relationship with everyone he helps throughout the year to be a personal contact for all things Medicare. She services do not cost you anything and he is available seven days a week.

To give you the most options, Anna is licensed with United Health Care, Humana, Aetna, and Wellcare.

Anna will be posted up in the Social Club from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM every second Wednesday of the month.
