Event Details

Circuit training is a style of workout where participants go through a series of 5-10 exercises with short breaks in between. Please wear sneakers or some type of fitness shoes and bring a water bottle with you. This class is not stationary and you must be able to move from station to station. Walkers and canes can assist you.
