This group will be a space where we come together to share, listen, and support one another as we move through the experience of grief. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for a long time, know that your feelings are valid and you’re not alone.
This group is not about fixing or rushing the healing process — it’s about honoring our grief, expressing it in our own ways, and being present for each other without judgment. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Listening can be just as healing as speaking.
This will be a confidential group facilitated by Linda Anderson and Susan Jenkin, both of whom have master’s degrees in counseling.
